New materials customer: Nano-coating dispersion “ultra-fine + uniform” helps increase production capacity

The nano-coatings we produce have uneven particle dispersion, which will directly affect the adhesion and weather resistance of the coating. The technical team matched a 1200bar ultra-high pressure homogenization system for the slurry based on its viscosity and solid content, adopting a step-by-step processing method of “coarse grinding first and then fine grinding”. In the experiment, the equipment continuously and stably output high voltage. Through the shearing and impact effects of the diamond interaction cavity, the agglomerated nanoparticles were completely dispersed. The final test results show that the particle size of the coating particles is all 80nm, with a batch error of only 2.5%, fully meeting the customer’s production standards.
